If your books haven’t arrived
This is the one I hear about most. Nearly always, it’s a delivery problem I can fix in a couple of minutes. Before you write, check your spam folder and promotions tab; that’s usually where the email ended up.
If it’s genuinely not there, write to me and I’ll send the files by hand. You don’t need an order number; the address you paid with is enough.
